Review appraisals
We offer complete appraisal review services. You would need a review appraisal if you have an appraisal
that you are unsure of its quality. Or you may be involved in a court case where the other party has
supplied you with an appraisal that you feel may have incorrectly estimated the market value of your
property. That's were we can help.
We can perform either a desk review or field review. A desk review is completed entirely in our office
without going into the field to verify data. A desk review isn't as complete as a field review but can
certainly find major problems with an appraisal. We can develop and report your desk review on a
number of different forms.
A field review is the most thorough kind of appraisal review. It covers much of the same data as a desk
review plus we also go out into the field and drive by all of the properties. This allows us to see if the
original appraiser maybe missed something that would be apparent if he or she was careless. A field
review is most often recommended when you need a thorough review of an appraisal.
